Initial Thoughts

I’m not sure if a 7 inch Windows Tablet is a compelling device.  I’m really interested in seeing who would buy such a device instead of getting an iPad or Android tablet.  If the HP Stream 7 comes with a free copy of Microsoft Office and an HDMI port, I would definitely see its value proposition.  Connected to a monitor and keyboard, this tablet could serve as a cheap computer for a child.

If the HP Stream 7 is missing these features, you might as well get an iPad mini or Kindle Fire.  We’ll have to see the HP Stream 7 price and full specs to know for sure if this is a compelling device.

See all Windows 10 Tablets.
